Mountain View Excavation, Inc. has an immediate opening for a full-time Class B CDL Driver/Concrete Pump Operator to join their team in Goldendale, Washington.

As an Operator, you’ll work on construction sites, moving concrete to where it’s needed and often visiting multiple job sites in a day, keeping things fresh and varied. The best operators are calm, good communicators, and enjoy working outdoors. They’re team players who understand how their work impacts others. A positive attitude and common sense are key.

Your main task is controlling the pump and directing the concrete hose, ensuring everything runs smoothly. If you’re active, reliable, and enjoy variety, this could be the perfect role for you.

WHAT WE OFFER.

• $30.00 – $40.00 per hour starting wage.
• Full-time Monday-Friday seasonal position (March – December).
• Paid vacation and paid holidays.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

• Valid driver’s license and Class B CDL required.
• 2 years’ experience operating a concrete pump truck preferred, but not required. We will train someone who is motivated and wants to learn this skilled trade.
• Residential construction experience a bonus.
• Possess a physical ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds, set-up equipment, and direct the boom to control concrete output as needed for safe delivery of material.
• Ability to perform pre and post trip truck safety inspections such as checking fluid levels of engine oil, antifreeze, tire pressure, brakes, hydraulic systems, and line systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with jobsite foremen and work crews.
• Exceptional work ethic and top-notch customer service skills.
• You are organized, reliable and work well individually and as a team member.
• You work well under time constraints and can ensure deadlines are met.
• Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screening.
