Superior Smiles prides itself on providing top-quality dental care for the entire family. Our team includes 3 general dentists, 1 pediatric dentist, and 8 dental hygienists. Together, we have many years of experience and are ready to welcome another hygienist into our family.
WHAT WE OFFER.
- $36.00 – $40.00 per hour starting pay based on experience.
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000.
- Health Insurance: 100% company paid premium.
- 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan: with matching contribution.
- Continuing Education Reimbursement.
- Negotiable Hours. Work anytime between 7:30am – 5pm. No evenings, nights, or weekends.
- Finders Fee. Know a fellow dentist or hygienist that would be interested? Refer them to us and if they accept a position, you receive a finder’s fee for your referral ($10,000 for dentist; $5,000 for hygienist).
WHAT YOU WILL DO.
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures.
- Conduct thorough oral health assessments and screenings.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.
- Take and develop dental x-rays (if certified).
- Assist dentists during procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
We’re looking for someone with an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene (though a Bachelor’s is a plus), is licensed as a Dental Hygienist in Michigan, is CPR certified, has stellar communication skills, a knack for teamwork, and a passion for patient care.
