• $70,000 – $100,000 annual starting salary based on your knowledge and experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

• Provide support for daily operations and guide future technology growth.
• Manage onsite hardware like servers, desktops, and networking equipment.
• Implement a cloud data hosting and backup strategy.
• Collaborate with external providers for services like VoIP, machine networking, and IoT data hardware.
• Document IT processes, ensure cybersecurity best practices, and create CMMC-compliant procedures.
• Automate tasks with scripting languages and participate in system upgrades and migrations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

• Someone with a solid understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory, and experience in network troubleshooting and configuration is required.
• Experience with Windows PCs as well as local and cloud-based data systems required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management of information systems, information technology, cybersecurity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Availability for occasional off-hours work (for maintenance or emergencies) required.
• Previous system administration experience preferred.
• Industry certification a plus. This could include CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Cloud +, MCSA, CCNA, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python).
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to stay current with emerging technologies are essential to this role.
