  • Work with Purpose: Contribute to projects that keep our roads safe and efficient.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

  • Operate and oversee the use of major equipment, including concrete road saws, excavators, trenchers, tampers, and pneumatic drills.
  • Tow trailers safely and manage equipment transport.
  • Support the team in following project plans, keeping timelines on track, and achieving high-quality results.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role such as a foreman, crew leader, or in another supervisory capacity in traffic engineering, road construction, civil engineering, infrastructure maintenance, or infrastructure projects preferred. Your experience matters most to us.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team with patience and confidence.
  • Honesty & Reliability: A dependable team member with a high standard of integrity.
  • Hands-On Experience: Direct experience operating and troubleshooting equipment is required. Ideally, you have experience in traffic control and lane closures that goes beyond basic flagging as well. You work side-by-side with your crew using concrete saws, excavators, trenchers, tampers, and pneumatic drills is valuable. (For machinery you aren’t familiar with, we will train you where needed.)
  • Recordkeeping and Inventory Skills: A background in managing inventory, tracking equipment usage, and keeping detailed records of project progress and materials would be a strong asset.
