Swick Home Services is hiring a highly motivated HVAC and Plumbing Service Technician to join their team in Marquette, MI. As a HVAC and Plumbing Service Technician, you will diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and plumbing systems while leading customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

WHAT WE OFFER.

• Competitive wage based upon education and experience + commission and SPIFFS.
  • $18.00 – $22.00 per hour for little to no experience.
  • $20.00 – $30.00 per hour for 2+ years of experience.

 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

• Completion of trade/vocational school or 2+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing required.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing preferred.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanical principles.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy equipment (minimum of 50lbs).
• Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
