WHAT WE OFFER.

• $18 – $25 per hour starting pay.

WHAT YOU WILL DO. As a Production Technician, you’ll play a key role in bringing medical devices across the finish line by:

• Performing inspections and accurately documenting results.
• Applying specialized secondary processes such as cleaning, blasting, polishing, assembly, epoxy application, and packaging/shipping.
• Using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Following established procedures and quality requirements (details matter here).
• Working safely around manufacturing equipment.
• Recording production steps with accurate counts and documentation.
• Managing your time well to support production schedules.
• Flagging any non-conformities or quality concerns (we want you to speak up).
• Contributing ideas for process improvements.
• Using manual manufacturing equipment as needed.
• Pitching in with other duties as assigned—we’re a team, after all.

• Has a high school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior manufacturing experience required—we’re happy to train the right person.
