This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, solving problems in the moment, and helping make sure guests have a safe, enjoyable time. You help oversee the day-to-day flow of the bowling center, arcade and Sportsplex areas—–supervising and supporting staff, keeping an eye on equipment and facility needs, assisting with leagues and events, and stepping in wherever needed to keep operations moving.

WHAT WE OFFER.

• $18.00 – $21.00 per hour starting pay based on your experience.
• Flexible 25–40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled Tuesday through Sunday during business hours, including evenings, weekends, and busy event times. We will work with you to develop a schedule that best meets your needs as well as the business needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

• Help oversee the day-to-day operation of the Mine Shaft and support a fun, welcoming guest experience.
• Assist with staff direction, shift coordination, and day-to-day team support.
• Monitor lanes, bowling equipment, arcade games, Sportsplex areas, and general facility conditions, and communicate maintenance or service needs to management.
• Help organize and support leagues, tournaments, group events, and other Mine Shaft activities.
• Assist guests with questions, concerns, and service needs in a friendly and professional way.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for guests and team members.
• Track supplies and help keep needed items stocked and ready.
• Step in where needed to keep the bowling center running smoothly during busy periods.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR.

• A friendly, dependable person who is comfortable taking the lead during a shift and helping keep things running smoothly.
• Previous experience in customer service, food service, hospitality, recreation, bowling, or a lead/supervisory role is a plus, but not required. We are happy to consider someone with the right attitude, reliability, and customer-first mindset.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to interact professionally and positively with guests and co-workers.
• Someone who stays organized, can multitask, and remains calm and upbeat in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with good judgment, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to jump-in wherever needed.
• Someone who can work well independently while also being part of a team.
• Ability to stay active on your feet and keep up with the pace of a busy bowling center.
• Someone who helps create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for guests and team members alike.
