What You’ll Do:

• Welcome patients and provide a professional, service-driven experience.
• Assist patients with frame selection and lens recommendations.
• Take accurate eyewear measurements and verify prescriptions.
• Dispense, adjust, and repair eyewear for proper fit, comfort, and alignment.
• Educate patients on lens options, coatings, sun protection, and eyewear care.
• Track eyewear orders and communicate updates to patients.
• Coordinate with optical labs and insurance providers.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing optical displays.
• Support inventory, documentation, and daily optical department workflows.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well with patients and team members.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced patient care environment.
• Optical or eyewear experience preferred, but not required if you are willing to learn.
