Snyder Drug Stores, a locally owned, independent pharmacy and drug store group serving Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for our Calumet, Michigan, location. SCHEDULE & LOCATION

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Some weekend coverage is required.
• We’ll discuss specific shifts during the hiring process as pharmacy hours are finalized.
• Based at our Calumet, MI pharmacy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Review prescriptions and ensure medications are dispensed safely and accurately.
• Counsel patients on medication use, potential side effects, and other medication-related questions.
• Communicate with prescribers and other healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and support patient care.
• Collaborate with pharmacy team members to keep daily operations organized and responsive to patient needs.
• Build trusted relationships through attentive, personalized service.
• Maintain accurate records and follow applicable pharmacy laws, regulations, and professional standards.

WHAT YOU BRING

• A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• A valid pharmacist license, with active Michigan licensure required before starting.
• A commitment to safe, accurate, and personalized patient care.
• Clear communication skills and a welcoming approach to patient counseling.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and sound professional judgment.
• The ability to work independently and collaborate with a pharmacy team.
• An interest in serving a close-knit community.
