Superior Smiles prides itself on providing top-quality dental care for the entire family. Our team includes 3 general dentists, 1 pediatric dentist, and 8 dental hygienists. Together, we have many years of experience and are ready to welcome another dental assistant into our family.

WHAT WE OFFER.

• Pay. Negotiable based on experience.
• Vacation. Negotiable.
• Health Insurance. We cover 100% of the premium. If you choose not to take the insurance, we’ll increase your pay accordingly.
• 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan with matching contribution.
• Continuing Education Reimbursement.
• Negotiable Hours. Work 4 days per week between 7am – 5pm. No evenings, nights, or weekends. Workdays will be coordinated with office staff to ensure adequate coverage. We make every effort to accommodate scheduling needs.
• Finders Fee. Know a fellow dentist or hygienist that would be interested? Refer them to us and if they accept a position, you receive a finder’s fee for your referral ($10,000 for dentist; $5,000 for hygienist).

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

• Assist our talented dentists with various procedures and treatments.
• Provide exceptional care and support to our patients, making them feel at ease.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment with precision.
• Manage patient records and appointments with a smile.
• Educate patients on dental hygiene and aftercare.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

We’re looking for someone with a Certification or diploma in Dental Assisting (or equivalent experience), has stellar communication skills, works well work in a team and can handle multiple tasks efficiently, and someone with genuine care for patients and their dental health.
