Cardinal Distributing Co., Inc. is seeking a highly organized Office Manager to join our team in Baltimore, MD. As Office Manager, you will oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our administrative processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including data entry and general clerical tasks.
• Oversee office supplies and inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels for operations.
• Maintain company schedules, calendars, and appointments.
• Handle communication with vendors, customers, and contractors.
• Manage and maintain records of company assets, including bulk inventory and equipment.
• Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Assist with payroll administration, ensuring accurate time tracking and record-keeping.
• Prepare and send invoices to clients, follow up on payments, and manage collections as needed.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Miscellaneous office tasks as needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in office software with the ability to understand and learn new software efficiently.
• Knowledge of Sage software is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a vending, retail, or distribution business is a plus.
