Copper Country Community Mental Health Services seeks a full-time Accountant to join their Financial Administration team in Houghton, Michigan.

WHAT WE OFFER.

  • $47,048 – $61,726 annually; starting wage will be based on experience.

  • Full-time Monday – Friday position generally working 8am – 5pm.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

  • Maintain the General Ledger and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Assist in developing budgets for the agency and its programs.
  • Prepare financial reports and submit financial data.
  • Support external audits and help facilitate fieldwork.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus.
