Copper Country Community Mental Health is hiring a full-time Program Manager to join their team overseeing the programmatic and fiscal operations of the Baraga County Center in L’Anse, Michigan. You will work closely with the Community Services Program Director to ensure services are well staffed, well delivered, and aligned with all applicable plans, policies, and procedures. Your leadership directly supports staff, strengthens services, and improves outcomes for the people we serve.

WHAT WE OFFER.

  • $61,193 – $77,631 annual starting salary based on experience.

 WHAT YOU WILL DO.

  • Oversee the overall operational and fiscal operations of the Baraga County Center in L’Anse, Michigan.
  • Working closely with the Community Services Program Director, you lead Client Services Management and the Community Support Program.
  • Ensure programs are adequately staffed and services are delivered according to established policies and plans.
  • Provide direct supervision and clinical direction to Community Support Program staff and Case Managers.
  • Support staff development through guidance, coaching, and clear expectations.
  • Monitor program performance and help ensure high-quality, person-centered services.
  • Collaborate with leadership and community partners to support effective service delivery.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Behavioral Science, Family Studies, or a closely related field is required.
  • Clinical experience in a community mental health or human services setting.
  • Supervisory experience or a strong interest in leading and supporting staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative, supportive leadership style with a focus on quality care.
  • A commitment to serving individuals and families in a community-based setting.
