Mark Aho Financial Group seeks a highly motivated Client Associate in Marquette, Michigan. As a Client Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients in-person, over the phone, and through email. Additionally, you will provide support to relationship managers as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide customer service by answering phone calls, greeting in-office clients, and answering questions that they may have.
• Direct clients to the appropriate relationships manager as needed.
• Complete general office duties including maintaining cleanliness of the office, ordering supplies, and watering plants.
• Check e-mails and respond or forward appropriately.
• Call and/or email clients appointment reminders.
• Complete mail duties such as opening/viewing incoming mail and distributing appropriately, refilling the postage machine, sending outgoing mail, etc.
• Maintain client records and update as needed.
• Prepare client kits.
• Assist with sending out client newsletters, event invites, etc.
• Provide support at events.
• Manage social media accounts and make website updates.
• Assist relationship managers with tasks as needed.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS Mark Aho Financial Group puts great value in their Client Associate position by offering a salary of $40,000-$50,000 commensurate with knowledge and experience as well as an excellent benefits package including 401(k), profit sharing, health insurance and potential paid vacation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years related job experience preferred.
• Series 7, 66 Life and Health Licenses a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to improvise and proactively assist in client requests or firm tasks.
