A-1 Concrete Leveling is hiring a Concrete Leveling Technicians in Buffalo, NY.

We’re looking for someone dependable, hands-on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with tools and equipment. We’re open to candidates with a range of experience, from skilled-trade backgrounds to seasoned concrete professionals.

What You Will Do.

• Complete specialized concrete leveling and repair work
• Operate concrete leveling and proprietary pumping equipment
• Drill concrete and prepare specialized grout mixes
• Perform caulking, patching, and other concrete repair work
• Set up, organize, and clean job sites
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Troubleshoot jobsite conditions and solve problems in the field
• Ensure completed work meets company quality standards
• Communicate professionally with customers about the work being performed and expected outcomes
• Take on greater responsibility for projects as your skills develop

Helpful Experience.

• Concrete, construction, or masonry
• Automotive or diesel repair
• Farm, construction, or heavy equipment
• Carpentry
• HVAC, plumbing, or electrical
• Landscaping or excavation
• Installation or field service work
• Caulking or joint sealing
• Other skilled trades or hands-on mechanical work

Previous concrete leveling experience is not required. Candidates with strong mechanical ability, construction experience, or other hands-on skills are encouraged to apply.

More experienced candidates who are comfortable working independently, taking ownership of jobs, operating equipment, interacting with customers, or helping guide others on a crew may have opportunities to take on additional responsibility as they grow with the company.

OSHA 10 or higher certification is a plus.

English/Spanish bilingual skills are also a plus.
