Warm Rain Corporation, an industry leading tub and shower manufacturer, seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to join their team in the Hancock, Michigan area.

  • $22.00 per hour starting pay.
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus.

  • Work in a manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution facility.
  • Update and enforce safety policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with State and Federal regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Maintain compliance with trucking regulations.
  • Maintain PPE inventory and ensure proper wear amongst employees.
  • Coordinate and maintain internal inspections (i.e. fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, etc.).
  • Complete workplace injury reports and documentation.
  • Conduct onboard training and follow-ups.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree (Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety) preferred.
  • Ability to learn environmental regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are confident, self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with general office software (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) required.
  • You are able to manage deadlines while remaining organized.
