Vollwerth & Co. is seeking a dependable and motivated Sales Support Representative (Entry-Level) to support our team in Hancock, Michigan.

In this role, you’ll help strengthen customer relationships, support day-to-day sales operations, and assist with purchasing and logistics to ensure orders are handled accurately and delivered on time.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should feel confident communicating with customers, vendors, and internal team members.

While prior B2B sales experience is a plus, this is an entry-level opportunity—we’re happy to train the right candidate. Previous customer service experience is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Provide product and service information to prospective and existing customers. 

• Ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating concerns when necessary. 

• Follow up with customers by phone and email using established customer lists. 

• Inform customers of additional products or services that may benefit them. 

• Assist with order procurement at local grocery stores as needed. 

• Serve as UPS shipping lead, including generating shipping labels and preparing packages. 

• Support sales team. 

• Support development of Point of Sale materials. 

• Place orders with vendors to procure items for the Sales Team. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience required. 

• 1 year of B2B sales experience is preferred but not required. 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. 

• Proficiency with basic computer systems and sales software. 

• Strong work ethic and collaborative team mindset. 

SCHEDULE: 
Full-time. In-person position based in Hancock, Michigan. Day shift. 

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS: 

• Pay range of $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
