American Income seeks a highly motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join their team remotely. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will reach out to potential clients to advise on life insurance products to meet their needs. If you are driven, enjoy helping others, and want to earn an uncapped income, this is the job for you!

No sales experience or knowledge of life insurance? No problem. We are willing to train the right candidate.


  • Contact potential clients to discuss life insurance needs and recommend life insurance policies (warm-calls, leads are provided).
  • Explain policy features, benefits, and premiums to clients and answer any questions they may have.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Complete applications for new clients.
  • Assist Underwriters in obtaining required information from new applicants.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.


  • Income is unlimited! As an independent contractor, you will be paid on a commission basis. Commission is uncapped. Average first year income is $40,000-$80,000 for a full-time Life Insurance Sales Representative.
  • Training is provided.
  • After training has been completed, make your own schedule.

  • Partial health insurance reimbursement and life insurance are provided after 90 days.

  • Must be willing to obtain a license to sell insurance in your state within one month of employment (50% of the licensing cost will be covered by American Income Life).
  • Must have a working computer with a camera that is compatible with Zoom, internet access, and a cell phone.
  • Willing to learn through our industry-leading training program.
  • Knowledge of life insurance preferred, but not required.
  • Prior sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with computer software applications including Microsoft Office.
  • Someone dependable, organized, and driven who works well individually and as a team member.
