Stenersen Excavating, Inc., a septic system, waterline, sewer line and general excavation provider to residential homes and contractors, seeks reliable General Laborers to join their team in Benton City, Washington. Previous experience preferred, but not required; we will train candidates with an exceptional work ethic who enjoy working outdoors doing physical work.

• Steady Pay. Earn $18 – 22 per hour starting pay, with potential for growth.

• Monday – Friday generally working 7am – 5pm with some schedule flexibility. No weekends.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

• 18 years of age or older and a valid driver’s license required.
• Previous experience working in excavation, construction, or as an outdoor laborer preferred, but not required. We will provide training for those with an excellent work ethic.
• Ability to listen, learn, take direction, and perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
• A physical ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions (windy, wet, damp, humid, hot, cold, etc.) and lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Positive attitude and collaborative work style that makes you an asset to our team.
