Maple Valley Eye Care is seeking a Luxury Sales Specialist to join our growing practice in Maple Valley, WA. As a Luxury Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a premium retail experience. You will guide patients through frame styling, lens selection, and customization options while building long-term relationships and achieving sales excellence.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Starts at $20.00 per hour + commission.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  Occasional Saturdays 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide personalized frame styling and image consultation tailored to each patient’s lifestyle and prescription needs.
• Present and educate patients on premium lens options, coatings, and advanced technology.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of designer frame lines and luxury brands.
• Ensure exceptional patient experience from selection through final dispensing.
• Adjust, fit, and troubleshoot eyewear to ensure optimal comfort and vision.
• Maintain attractive, organized, and on-brand optical displays.
• Build long-term patient relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience in optical sales preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of luxury brands preferred.
• Strong closing skills with a consultative approach.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to understand lifestyle needs and recommend premium solutions.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a medical, optical, retail, or customer service setting is a plus.
