Specialty Granules (SGI) is looking for a Maintenance Manager in Pembine, WI. In this role, you will lead, coordinate, and support the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring the effective upkeep of the Plant’s equipment and facilities.

Requirements:
- Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Five (5) years of work experience in Manufacturing.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without the need for an employer-sponsored visa (work permit).
- Travel Requirements: 5-10%
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- A professional engineering license is preferred.
- Knowledge of Allen Bradley drives, and PLC’s is preferred.
- Knowledge of Wonder Ware is preferred.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and supervise a maintenance team, including 3 direct and 12 indirect reports, ensuring daily tasks meet production goals.
- Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of equipment and machinery, managing projects from concept to completion and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, continuously improving methods and ensuring safety compliance.
- Write and troubleshoot PLC and HMI code, handle power and control specifications, and manage low/medium voltage systems, including VFD and Soft Start setups.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support overall plant operations.
