NYCOA seeks a motivated Maintenance Manager to join their team in Manchester, NH. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations of all machinery, equipment, and facilities within the organization. This position will oversee all aspects of maintenance operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and programs to ensure the reliability and availability of equipment.
  • Lead and supervise a maintenance supervisor, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules and minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through optimization of maintenance practices and utilization of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and adherence to best practices in maintenance operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement of parts, supplies, and services necessary for maintenance activities.
  • Monitor equipment performance and reliability metrics, analyze data to identify trends and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Complete Lock-out/Tag-out audits.
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and determine parts needed to complete repair.
  • Analyze data to understand root cause of unplanned maintenance downtime.

SCHEDULE: This is a full-time shift typically working Monday – Friday. Occasional weekends may be required as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, maintenance management, or a related field required.
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing or industrial setting required.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as maintenance practices and techniques.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to build positive relationships with maintenance team, operations team, and vendors.
  • Must have strong time management and problem-solving skills.
