Kenai Vision Center is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Office Manager to join our team in Kenai, Alaska. As an Office Manager, you provide exceptional customer service while leading our team and ensuring that the office is running efficiently.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead and supervise our dedicated team.
• Ensure exceptional patient care and a positive work environment.
• Foster strong patient relations.
• Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Streamline practice operations and workflows for maximum efficiency
• Maintain data integrity in electronic health records (EHR).
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in healthcare practice management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in medical billing and coding, as well as knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with proficiency in EHR and practice management software.
