What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly face, welcoming patients in the practice.
• Conduct preliminary eye tests and document results.
• Help patients with contact lens use, care, and maintenance.
• Manage and update patient records accurately.
• Provide exceptional support to the optometrists.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as appointment scheduling and billing.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the clinic.

What You’ll Need:

• Excellent communication
• Medical knowledge
• Organizational ability
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience working in an office or medical environment is a plus, but not required.
