Stone Plumbing & Heating is hiring dependable and motivated Plumbers to join their team in their newly built shop in Duluth, Minnesota. This full-time role supports mainly residential work with some commercial service and remodel work. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we’re ready to train the right person.

WHAT WE OFFER.

• $30.00 – $45.00 per hour starting pay based on experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING.

• Installation and Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Ability to read blueprints accurately is necessary.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose plumbing issues and develop effective solutions to resolve them swiftly and efficiently.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, provide solutions that meet their needs and explain clearly the work being performed.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to regulations, codes, and standards to ensure safe and compliant work practices.
• Documentation: Take pride in your work by capturing photos of your completed projects and keeping accurate digital records. Using our provided software (training included), record your time, materials used, and any issues you encountered along the way.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR.

• Experience working as a plumber is required. Ideally, you’re a licensed Journeyman Plumber, however, we will train someone motivated with some entry level experience in commercial or residential plumbing.
• You hold Corrugated Stainless Steel Tubing (CSST) training and certification, or are willing to obtain it.
• You bring a positive, can-do attitude with strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• You communicate clearly and pay close attention to details.
• You demonstrate integrity in all that you do and simply do what’s right.
• You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• You are willing to take occasional after-hours service calls on rotation, when needed.
• You understand local codes and permitting, or you are eager to learn—knowledge in this area is a plus.
