• $16 – $18 per hour starting pay based on your knowledge and experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO.

You will play a key role on our Production Float Team, gaining hands-on experience across all areas of our production process—including cutting, transfer, and inspection. You will:

• Operate cutting machines and handle fabric rolls.
• Inspect garments to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
• Bag, tag, and prepare products for the next stage.
• Assist with inventory management and organizing stock.
• Support different production departments as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR.

• A positive team player who’s 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Someone that can flex amongst job duties/departments, is intellectually curious, and enjoys learning new processes, systems and technology.
• Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a busy environment.
• Strong communicator.
• You possess arm-hand steadiness, excellent finger dexterity, and can view items up close.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
