Glass Design is seeking a dependable and organized Project and Purchasing Coordinator to join their team in Fort Myers, FL. As a Project and Purchasing Coordinator, you will manage purchasing and vendor coordination. You will work closely with our team to review sold projects, generate material lists, place and track orders, and ensure everything is on time and accurate.
WHAT WE OFFER.
- Competitive annual salary of $45,000 – $55,000 commensurate with education and experience.

- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
WHAT YOU WILL DO.
- Review sold jobs and generate material purchase lists.
- Place and track orders with vendors and suppliers.
- Enter production steps into our internal system.
- Monitor and update ETA info in our database.
- Review order confirmations for accuracy.
- Communicate vendor pricing changes.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
- 3+ years of purchasing experience preferred.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and strong typing skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and handle shifting priorities.
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Team player with a passion for problem solving.
- Clean background required.
