Peninsula Fiber Network, LLC (PFN) is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join their team in Marquette, MI. The Project Manager will support the Construction, Operations, and Engineering teams in coordinating efforts to improve the pace and efficiency of PFN sales order fulfillment.

This position is primarily based on-site in Marquette, MI to support team collaboration and cohesion. However, occasional remote work is available, offering flexibility when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Order Fulfillment Oversight: Monitor sales orders from intake through installation, ensuring milestones are met and delays are addressed proactively.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular status updates and escalation support.
• Scheduling & Resource Alignment: Coordinate scheduling of construction and installation activities, aligning field resources with project timelines.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, update dashboards, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service metrics.

• Process Improvement: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the order fulfillment lifecycle and recommend solutions to improve speed and quality.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

PFN puts great value in the Project Manager position by offering a competitive annual salary range of $65,000-$85,000 commensurate with experience. PFN also offers excellent benefits including a 401(K) retirement plan with company contribution, insurance including health, dental, vision, and life, paid holidays, and paid time off.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Familiarity with telecommunications construction workflows, permitting, and fiber deployments is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Aptitude for detail and ability to handle complex projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite)
