LyfeLaw is seeking a Senior Case Manager to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. As a Senior Case Manager, you will lead and train case managers and assistants while managing a high volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases, ensuring prompt client communication, coordination of treatment and property damage claims, and organization of all case documentation and correspondence with insurance companies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

• Supervise and train Case Managers and Assistants to ensure efficient case management.
• Handle a high volume of Personal Injury Pre-Litigation cases with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain regular client communication and provide prompt case updates.
• Manage client treatment files and obtain necessary medical records and documentation.
• Assist clients with bodily injury and property damage claims.
• Correspond daily with insurance companies to advance case progress.
• Organize and maintain electronic case files in the firm’s management system.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and verbal preferred.
• 3+ years of Pre-Litigation Personal Injury experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role required.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Self-started with a high level of resourcefulness and initiative.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with case management software and MS Office.
