WHAT WE OFFER.

• $5.00 – $11.00 per hour starting pay plus tips based on your experience.
• Full-time: Wednesday–Sunday with various shifts available 11:30am, 3:00pm, 3:30pm, 4:00pm, 4:30pm, or 5:00pm until close (10:00pm/11:00pm).
• Part-time: Flexible shifts within those hours based on restaurant needs.
• Half-off meals during full-time shifts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

• Create a warm, fun, and welcoming experience for every guest.
• Recommend food and drinks using friendly salesmanship (and your personality).
• Learn our menu and help guests find their new favorites.
• Keep your section clean and tables flipped quickly for new guests.
• Use the POS system to enter orders and process payments.
• Check IDs and serve responsibly.
• Handle cash and make change quickly and accurately.
• Promote our bowling, arcade, and all the fun The Mine Shaft offers.
• Stay positive, helpful, and focused—even when it’s busy.
• Be part of a supportive team that helps each other succeed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

• Must be 17 years of age or older.
• Previous serving experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person.
• A great attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment.
• Reliable and ready to jump in where needed.
• Clean, professional appearance and good hygiene.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality—consistently showing up on time for scheduled shifts.
