Swick Home Services is seeking a motivated Warehouse Assistant to join their team in Marquette, MI. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will assist the Warehouse Manager with maintaining inventory, handling receiving and warranties, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Process warranties.
• Order equipment needed for business operations.
• Conduct research on products and parts for existing equipment.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager in maintaining proper inventory stock and complete monthly material audits.
• Ensure that the warehouse is clean and organized.
• Return unneeded material and equipment.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating deliveries based upon the installation and service schedules.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

• High school diploma required.
• Warehouse/inventory experience preferred.
• Must possess a forklift license or be willing to obtain this license after employment.
• Valid Michigan Driver’s License with a clean driving record is required.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy equipment.
