Vollwerth & Co. seeks a dependable and motivated Inside Sales and Service Representative to support our Sales team in Hancock, Michigan. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening customer relationships, supporting daily sales operations, and assisting with purchasing and logistics to ensure our products reach customers efficiently and accurately. 

Successful candidates must be organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service and B2B sales experience is required, and candidates should be confident communicating with customers, vendors, and internal team members. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Provide product and service information to prospective and existing customers. 

• Ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating concerns when necessary. 

• Follow up with customers by phone and email using established customer lists. 

• Inform customers of additional products or services that may benefit them. 

• Assist with order procurement at local grocery stores as needed. 

• Serve as UPS shipping lead, including generating shipping labels and preparing packages. 

• Support sales team. 

• Support development of Point of Sale materials. 

• Place orders with vendors to procure items for the Sales Team. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience required. 

• Minimum of one (1) year of B2B sales experience preferred. 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. 

• Proficiency with basic computer systems and sales software. 

• Strong work ethic and collaborative team mindset. 

SCHEDULE: 
Full-time. In-person position based in Hancock, Michigan. Day shift. 

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS: 

• Pay range of $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
