TriMedia Environmental & Engineering seeks a hard-working Accounting Administrator in Marquette, MI. As an Accounting Administrator, you will ensure the timely receipt and recording of clients’ invoices to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Generate invoices and account statements.
- Maintain the billing system.
- Maintain accounts receivable records and files.
- Contact clients regarding delinquent payments.
- Monitor financial reports for discrepancies.
- Maintain deposits and collect credit card payments.
- Provide analysis of project related budgets.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Annual salary of $35,000-$55,000 commensurate with education and experience.
- Standard schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Associate degree in business, accounting, finance or a related field preferred.
- 4+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Able to work independently and resolve issues efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize workload in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Possess an aptitude for successfully building relationships with staff and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
