Copper Country Electric LLC is growing and hiring Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians to join their team in Hancock, Michigan.

WHAT WE OFFER.

• Journeyman Electrician: $30 – $45 per hour based on experience and skills.
• Electrical apprentice opportunities are also available, with pay based on experience.
• Paid time off.

• Opportunity for performance bonuses.
• Full-time, year-round Monday–Friday position generally working from 8am–5pm. Flexibility required for emergency repair callouts which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR.

The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled, safety-minded, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

• Those with a Journeyman Electrician card preferred, but hands-on electrical experience matters most.
• Solid electrical experience required.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, materials, and safe work practices.
• Ability to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and test electrical systems.
• Understanding of electrical code compliance.
• Ability to read and follow plans, specifications, and project instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• A responsible, honest, and professional approach to each job.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to be available for emergency call-outs if needed.
• Someone able to represent Copper Country Electric with honesty, integrity, and pride in workmanship.
