WHAT YOU WILL DO.

• Take the lead in designing and presenting automation projects for skateboard manufacturing.
• Wow management with your innovative ideas and facilitate implementation with the production manager.
• Get hands-on with automation systems and train our operators.
• Keep our automation systems in tip-top shape.
• Dive into software and machines to develop automation projects.

 WHAT WE OFFER.

• $50,000 – $70,000 annual starting salary based on your knowledge, experience and education.
• Health, dental and vision insurance.
• Paid vacation and paid holidays.
• Full-time position working Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS.

• Candidates 18 years or older, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Superb problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS. (Don’t worry if you don’t have them all.)

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or relevant engineering field would be fantastic, but not a deal-breaker.
• Have experience designing and implementing automated systems in manufacturing? A huge plus.
• Experience with robots in a production line.
• Experience with using CAD software to design parts and assemblies.
• Experience using CAM to program CNC machine toolpaths.
• Experience with Kawasaki’s AS robot programming language.
• Experience operating 3 axis milling machine.
