Garland Vision Source is seeking a friendly, motivated Optometric Technician to join our clinical team in Spokane, WA. In this role, you’ll help support patient care, assist doctors during exams, perform preliminary testing, and be cross-trained to assist the front desk and optical teams as needed.

No optical or medical experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right person if you have a positive attitude, strong people skills, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome patients and help create a positive, comfortable experience.
• Obtain and document medical and ocular histories.
• Perform preliminary testing before doctor exams.
• Learn and use ocular terminology and abbreviations.
• Assist doctors with patient care and contact lens trainings.
• Maintain clean, professional exam rooms.
• Support the optical and front desk teams as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
